Barangay Incident & Complaint Report System
A Next.js 16 full-stack app (App Router, TypeScript) that replaces paper logbooks with a digital workflow for barangay staff to file and manage incident reports. Tailwind UI, Prisma + MySQL data layer, and JWT-cookie + bcrypt auth — the backend folded into Next.js route handlers, so it runs as one app instead of two.
